Omschrijving
Samenvatting:At V, 3, 14, 1-3 Plotinus draws the distinction between speaking about (legeinheri), and disclosing (leges'n) the One, with only the former being possible. Similarly, at V, 3, 14, 4-8, a distinction is made between 'having' the One in knowledge, which is impossible, and 'having' the One in the sense of the relationship formed by speaking about it. Speech, as a created thing, is capable both of reflecting the One and representing it.
